What you'll do:

• Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
• Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out of stock.
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
• Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to department head.
• Monitoring inventory levels on all branches and replenishing stock as needed.
• Maintaining and updating records of inbound, outbound and inventory records.
• Maintain good communication and relationship with all suppliers.
• Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
• Determine the minimum and maximum levels of stock in all warehouses.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in Automotive industry or B2B sector is preferrable.
• At least 3 years working experience in PPIC/inventory/purchasing/merchandising.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta
• Good interpersonal skill with clear communication.
• Proven strong leadership, empowering team and colleagues.
• Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
• Willing to go extra miles, innovative and enjoy challenges.
• Proven experience in handling large data on on Spreadsheet or Ms. Excel (advance level)
• Min. Bachelor's degree majoring industrial engineering, logistic, supply chain or similar.
