It Inventory Support Jobs

We are looking for an Experienced IT Inventory Support to enhance our team on our client site!

If you are someone who :

• Able to work as a team
• Able to do onsite work (WFO)
• Have Complete vaccination (min 2nd dose)
• Self-starter
• Have a high interest in resolving an issue
• Able to understand fundamental problems in a complex business

If you have this requirements :

• Can understand communication in English
• Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Able to identify the types of IT equipment (computers, printers, projectors, telecommunications equipment (radio, microwave, etc.), network equipment, servers, storage and the like).
• Good in documentation and able to make inventory reports
• Have work experience in the computer field min 2 years
• Preferably at least 3 years experience in the process of inventorying IT equipment
• Able to operate computers and master Office applications and e-mail

:

• Ensuring timely attendance according to Company regulations
• Carry out verification of IT goods as needed and be responsible for the results of the verification
• Help tape inventory (data)
• Assist in the installation of IT equipment as needed (example: projector, TV, printer)
• Inventory management of IT goods including the disposal/write off process
• Provide inventory reports of IT goods if requested by the Company and be responsible for the reports provided
• Carry out activities required / required at the request of the supervisor, such as: safety program activities, audit response, security and controls self-assessment and team building
• Management of the transfer of IT goods according to the needs of the Company
• Management of IT goods warehouse/storage area
• Carry out activities and administration related to the inventory
