About Us Our client is one of the biggest Public Bank company in Indonesia Indonesian state-owned bank. It has branches primarily in Indonesia, but also found in Seoul, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, London and New York. It had 1000 branches and over 9 million customers in 2006.

As a VP IT Regional & KCLN (Bank Branch Office) at our banking company, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing IT operations in different regions (Wilayah) and ensuring seamless connectivity across the International Bank Branch Office. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure to support our banking operations across various locations outside Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers in each region (Wilayah). Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and ongoing performance management to ensure the delivery of high-quality services while managing costs effectively.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, security standards, and data privacy regulations across regional IT operations. Implement measures to mitigate IT risks and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and IT teams to understand their requirements and provide solutions that align with business strategies. Present regular updates on regional IT operations, projects, and initiatives.
• Key Country Local Network Connectivity: Oversee the management, design, and maintenance of the Key Country Local Networks (KCLN), ensuring reliable connectivity, security, and compliance with national and international regulations and standards.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for regional IT operations, including infrastructure investments, vendor costs, and ongoing operational expenses. Optimize spending while ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services within budgetary constraints.
• IT Service Management: Define and implement IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and asset management, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of IT systems and services across regions. Foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Network Connectivity and Security: Collaborate closely with network engineering teams to ensure reliable connectivity across regional offices and branches. Implement and maintain network redundancy, disaster recovery, and security measures to support uninterrupted and secure operations.
• IT Infrastructure Development: Develop and implement strategies for the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including data centers, servers, network devices, and storage systems in each region (Wilayah). Ensure infrastructure meets the organization's security, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, inspire, and develop a team of IT professionals across different regions (Wilayah). Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performance culture.
• Regional IT Operations Management: Lead and manage the IT operations in different regions (Wilayah), ensuring the availability, performance, and security of systems, network infrastructure, and local applications. Collaborate with regional teams to align IT initiatives with business requirements and organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
• Adaptability to navigate and manage change in a dynamic business and regulatory environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory requirements for IT operations, data protection, and financial services.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or CCNP would be advantageous
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven 15+ years experience in a leadership role overseeing IT operations in different regions (KCLN) in the banking or financial services industry in Indonesia and abroad.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
• Experience managing vendors and service providers in a multi-location environment.
