Technology Risk Lead - Digital Bank

The Lead of Technology Risk manages the Bank’s technology risks and ensures that appropriate controls and processes are in place to mitigate and manage these risks effectively. He/she plays a critical role in ensuring that an organization's technology systems and infrastructure are secure and resilient, which helps to protect the organization from cyber threats and other technology-related risks. By managing technology risks effectively, the Lead of Technology Risk helps to safeguard the organization's reputation, assets, and financial performance.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing the technology risk management framework and policies of the organization.
2. Identifying and assessing technology risks associated with the organization's technology infrastructure, systems, and processes.
3. Developing strategies to mitigate and manage technology risks and ensuring that appropriate controls are in place.
4. Collaborating with other business functions and departments to ensure that technology risks are identified, assessed, and managed across the organization.
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to technology risk management.
6. Communicating the status of technology risks to senior management and the board of directors.
7. Developing and implementing incident response plans for technology-related incidents and ensuring that they are tested and updated regularly.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in a technology risk management role in banking.
2. Experience in digital banking and/or financial technology companies will be a significant plus.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
