Job Purpose/Role

Contribute to achieve profitable and sustainable growth in the frame of Allianz trade Group strategy through development and implementation of a proper Country credit strategy and a strong focus on customer centricity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate operational targets to each Risk Information and Claims
• Implement at Country level for Group Credit strategy

teams (satisfaction level, loss ratio objectives, response time, ...)

• Prioritize tasks – projects
• Take responsibility in implementing reporting, Group credit rules, KPI and Risk Business Model (RBM)
• Responsible for the implementation of risk action plan for unprofitable policies
• Develop Proprietary information
• Govern all Credit functions on Country level
• Participates to high level local events with Policy holders and brokers
• Responsible for the quality of the Country's underwriting (Loss ratio, client contacts and transversal with other departments)

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Ability to hold visit and contacts, including high difficult and high profile meetings
• In-depth knowledge of the contractual parameters
• Be a good communicator and able to convince about all decisions taken
• Market knowledge:
• In-depth knowledge and experience in underwriting and Information Grading.
• High level of commercial awareness and customer service
• Knowledge of the Claims and Collection procedures
• Strong business/finance assessment skills
• Interpersonal skills:
• Knowledge main BU business industries
• Business expertise:

with senior people

• Good command of both spoken and written English
