Lead the design, development, and management of a robust retail underwriting system tailored to auto finance.

- Menguasai segala bidang (Sales, Administrasi, Keuangan dan Logistik).

In-depth knowledge and experience in underwriting and Information Grading.

Knowledge main BU business industries

In-depth knowledge of the contractual parameters

Knowledge of the Claims and Collection procedures

Implement at Country level for Group Credit strategy

Assign and coordinate operational targets to each Risk Information and Claims

Should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross functional teams

Developing & implementing risk management strategies to mitigate and/or manage identified operational and IT & Security risks

Monitoring & reviewing the effectiveness of risk management controls and makin recommendations for improvement

Coordinating with other functions within the organization to ensure that risk management considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business

Strong understandings of relevant regulations, industry standards, and risk management practices

Establish and develop an effective communication plan between key stakeholders to ensure efficient change management as and when required.

Prior experience as an operational readiness lead / manager

Facilitate alignment of roles and responsibilities within the Operational Readiness team and other stakeholders to ensure effective operational ramp-up.

Manage a safe and healthy work environment where workers and contractors can deliver their outputs within a controlled risk environment.

Ensure environmental impact falls within and complies with statutory requirements.

Working knowledge of operational readiness processes

Advanced in Microsoft Excel skills, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is a must with excellent communication and project management skill.

Produce risk heatmap and risk control self-assessment in a regular basis for management review.

Having experience in lending business of financial institutions with a minimum of 2 years, related to operational and compliance risk.

Have sound knowledge of credit risk principles and credit loss concepts and best practices applied to lending business.

Maintain and update risk register or risk events database to ensure identified risks are monitored and action items are on track.

Ensure all SOP in operation and business support are in place and creating internal audit or control framework.

Lead the development and update of Business Continuity Management (BCM).

Develop and manage Operational Risk Framework, Methodologies and Governance.

Bachelor degree with experience in related position min 5 years in financial industry.

Understanding of OJK regulation, regulatory audit experiences, various interaction with regulators, associations, and financiers.

Proven experience and specialize in Policy, Procedure Anti Fraud, especially in Credit Risk.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, committed and possess initiatives and drives in job.

Strong background in finance, including experience with asset management, markets, resources, and funding is essential.

5+ years experience handling risk management

Craft and manage budgets for risk management and insurance operations.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively discuss and strategize risk mitigation with stakeholders.

Experienced in working with global financial companies is preferred

Perform continuous risk assessments, scrutinizing present risks and identifying potential hazards that could impact the company.

Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management, or equivalent disciplines.

Experience in establishing and/or overseeing operational risk management policies and guidelines in a banking environment is preferred.

B. Minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management and/or business continuity-related fields.
