About The Role

You will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management team, based in Jakarta, and reporting to Operational Risk Management Head. As second line, we are responsible for driving and facilitating the implementation of risk management programmes in GoTo Group’s Business Units. An Operational Risk Manager requires comprehension of GoTo Group’s risk management mandate, landscape and programmes; and Business Unit organisation and its key businesses operations. Success as an Operational Risk Manager means being a capable partner for the business unit through identification of key risks and commonalities / trend across functions, and providing risk management advisory and insight for proper risk mitigation that is relevant to support company objectives.

What You Will Do

• Maintain communication and collaboration with the three lines and senior stakeholders to keep abreast with key operational risk matters, implementation of risk governance and mitigating controls, and promote risk awareness
• Strategise, drive and facilitate the implementation of operational risk assessments, new product risk assessments, BCP creation, and incident reporting
• Conduct risk awareness initiatives such as risk champion refreshment training, socialisation programmes and discussion sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop and perform annual review of operational risk related policy and procedures
• Develop and report business unit level non-financial risk profile
• Perform adhoc / thematic risk assessments where and when relevant

What You Will Need

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to produce holistic picture risk insight
• Growth mindset, analytical, assertive and good interpersonal skill
• Good competency in constructing risk reports in English
• 4 - 8 years of advance experience in audit or operational risk management in Big Four Firms, Financial Institutions, or other prominent consulting firms
• Professional certification such as CIA, CISA and FRM is an advantage
