Have at least 5 years working experience in Risk Management

Assist Vertical to develop, communicate and ensure the adequacy of Erajaya Digital risk management policy, and framework

Design Erajaya Digital risk appetite, risk tolerance and other risk management tools needed.

Propose risk appetite and risk tolerance to Risk Management Committee and CEO of Erajaya Digital.

Provide updates on the status of risk and resiliency to executive management and Risk Management Committee.

Provide socialization and/or training to improve Risk Management competency of all or related employee

Ensure local regulatory requirements are met pertaining to operational risk management, prudential standards and governance and operational standards within nexus area.

Highlight any data quality issues in the operational risk management system / reporting to Group Operational Risk

The Operational Risk Manager is responsible for supporting and delivering the following minimum outcomes:

Core bank funding for retirement savings, medical and life insurance, with flexible and voluntary benefits available in some locations

The Operational Risk Officer has delegated authority to:

Accept the classification and accurate reporting of operational risk losses and events and to accept the appropriateness of mitigation actions.

Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management, or equivalent disciplines.

Experience in establishing and/or overseeing operational risk management policies and guidelines in a banking environment is preferred.

Operational Risk Management framework development.

5+ years’ experience in operational risk or in banking industry, preferably from retail banking environment

Min. 5 years of experience in Risk Management (insurance industry)

Ensure company end-to-end risk management implementation

Bachelor Degree of Economics, Financial Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or Law with min GPA of 3.00

Strong analytical mindset with excellent critical thinking and data analytic skills

Examine & improve the risk control mechanism

Develop a company risk culture & awareness program

Fulfill regulatory reporting and audit requirements or inquiries

Growth mindset, analytical, assertive and good interpersonal skill

Certification in Audit such as CIA or CISA is an advantage

Strategise, drive and facilitate the implementation of operational risk assessments, new product risk assessments, BCP creation, and incident reporting

Develop and perform annual review of operational risk related policy and procedures

Perform adhoc / thematic risk assessments where and when relevant

Growth mindset, analytical, assertive and good interpersonal skill

Certification in Audit such as CIA or CISA is an advantage

Strategise, drive and facilitate the implementation of operational and IT risk assessments, new product risk assessments, BCP creation, and incident reporting

Develop and perform annual review of operational and IT risk related policy and procedures

Perform adhoc / thematic risk assessments where and when relevant

Develop and report business unit level non-financial risk profile

Growth mindset, analytical, assertive and good interpersonal skill

Professional certification such as CIA, CISA and FRM is an advantage

Strategise, drive and facilitate the implementation of operational risk assessments, new product risk assessments, BCP creation, and incident reporting

Develop and perform annual review of operational risk related policy and procedures

Perform adhoc / thematic risk assessments where and when relevant

Develop and report business unit level non-financial risk profile

Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferable in Finance/Economics, Law, Management, Engineering

Familiar with Enterprise Risk Management standard practice in accordance with COSO, ISO and/or OJK Regulation.

Drive an effective implementation of Advance Operational Risk Management (AORM), including implementing of Business Continuity Management (BCM) across the Company.

Min 5 years’ as Operational Risk Management in Banking/Financial Industry

Experienced and familiar with Financial Service regulators and its regulations.

Good in communication skill and collaboration in diversity

Minimum 5 years experience in operational risk management

Experience working in relevant areas such as internal control/ risk management areas, Audit, Compliance, and assurance

Understand and document the organization’s risk appetite, risk tolerance, and risk management philosophy

Develop, implement, and maintain an operational risk management framework that is aligned with the organization’s business strategy

Serve as a subject matter expert on operational risk management for the organization

Prepare reports on the status of operational risk management within the organization
