Business (Risk) Management Manager

Multinational Tobacco Company is looking for professional challenger as Risk Management Manager.

Objective:

• To recommend corrective action to rectify a task, process, or even a person's behavior when any of these factors produce errors or have deviated from existing procedure.
• To provides assurance that an organization’s risk management, governance, and internal control process are operating effectively.
• To suggest preventive action to prevent various incompliance issues

Requirements:

• Excellent in self-managed as well as work in team and individual
• Hands on experiences and ability to work huge data
• 3 years experience as Accounting Department Leader (preferred in Tobacco Industry)
• High integrity and good communication
• Proficiency in English both speaking and writing
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Economic from reputable university
• Strong analytical and problem solving, reporting skill

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
• Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
• Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
• Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
• Assess overall company performance against objectives
