• Develop robust business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure operational resilience.
• Oversee policy and compliance audits, coordinating with both internal and external auditors to ensure stringent compliance.
• Convey the external risks posed by corporate governance to stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive risk management strategy for the organization, incorporating a thorough analysis of potential financial repercussions in the event of risk realization.
• Review all significant new contracts or internal business proposals to ensure alignment with the company's risk appetite.
• Craft and manage budgets for risk management and insurance operations.
• Deliver targeted risk reporting to relevant stakeholders, including enlightening board members about significant business risks, ensuring department heads grasp the risks pertinent to their areas, and fostering individual responsibility towards personal risk management.
• Undertake risk evaluation exercises, assessing the organization's past risk management performances and juxtaposing potential risks with company-established benchmarks, like cost implications and legal prerequisites.
• Determine the organization's risk tolerance level, setting boundaries for risk acceptance.
• Perform continuous risk assessments, scrutinizing present risks and identifying potential hazards that could impact the company.

Your Qualification:

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on maintaining accurate records and documenting risk-related data.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively discuss and strategize risk mitigation with stakeholders.
• 5+ years experience handling risk management
• Strong background in finance, including experience with asset management, markets, resources, and funding is essential.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Demonstrable proficiency in computer applications, particularly financial databases and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Experienced in working with global financial companies is preferred
• Profound analytical capabilities, including the ability to handle and interpret complex data, statistical analysis, and financial information to support effective risk management.
