Head Of Compliance And Risk Management

What does the day-to-day look like?

Compliance Division:

• Implementation of the second control over the company's business activities to ensure a strong and appropriate control.
• Implementation of policies related to the company's business activities in accordance with the compliance strategy.
• Ensure all the company's business activities comply with all applicable rules and regulations in the capital market, and there is a control process for various risks that may arise and their mitigation.
• Ensure each relevant department has complied with carrying out its duties and responsibilities in accordance with the provisions contained in the Standard Procedure (SOP), which has been adjusted to the provisions of the laws and regulations governing the company's activities.

Risk Management Division:

• Carry out continuous monitoring, follow up and carry out Risk Management Strategy if necessary.
• Risks related to the company's business activities, and the Risk Management Strategy framework with the type of brand, description, causes, frequency, impact, and mitigation of risks that may arise.
• Implementation of policies related to the company's business activities as stated in the Risk Management Strategy.

What does amazing look like?

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably in the capital market.
• Good network with OJK regulators, demonstrating the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with regulatory authorities.
• Educational background in Law or Economics
• Have experience in Compliance, Risk Management, and APU PPT
• Possession of an OJK license (WPPE/WPEE/WMI), obtained from the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia.
