Description

  • Managing Legal Related Matters Of The Company's Affiliated Company
  • Dispute Resolution Settlement & Litigation Or Arbitration
  • Keeping Good Corporate Governance Throughout The Company's Business Activities (including Compliance And Company Secretary Matters)
  • Maintaining Governmental Relationship Building
  • Representing The Company In Any General Corporate Commercial Legal Matters
  • Conducting Training To Employees Related To Legal Matters
  • Coordinating With Legal Team In Other Subsidiaries Among Holding Group
  • Updating The Management Team Of The Company On Any Newly-issued Laws And Regulations Related To The Business Of The Company
  • Advising The Management Team On Various Legal Issues
  • Department Head Role, Reporting Straight To BOD (which Then Leads To More Strategic Role Of Decision Making)


Qualification

  • Holds a Law degree from a reputable university, a Masters degree is preferable
  • Experienced upon reporting to Board of Directors, and handling subordinates
  • Ability to navigate through regulatory barriers and strategize to find a solution to overcome such barriers, can work with minimum supervision
  • Minimum a total of 10 years' experience in legal function at similar extractive industry, familiarity with Oil & Gas - familiarity in LNG is a plus
  • Legal expertise/work knowledge relating to LNG, FLNG, Gas Sale Agreement (GSA), EPCIC, and other contracts that are entered into in the implementation of a FLNG project , Indonesian cabotage law, etc
  • Preferably to have gone through one full cycle in a FLNG/LNG project
  • Fluent in English, both oral and writing
  • Has deep knowledge of legal aspects and contract drafting with excellent communication, negotiation, networking, management, and critical thinking skills
  • Experienced in various range of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents; control and manage the regulatory affair related with company, BKPM, OSS, Industrial Relations, Company certificates and legal documents. Candidates needs to maintain good relation with government, and local
