Advising The Management Team On Various Legal Issues

Updating The Management Team Of The Company On Any Newly-issued Laws And Regulations Related To The Business Of The Company

Experienced upon reporting to Board of Directors, and handling subordinates

Department Head Role, Reporting Straight To BOD (which Then Leads To More Strategic Role Of Decision Making)

Representing The Company In Any General Corporate Commercial Legal Matters

- Have good communication and interpersonal skills

- Final year/fresh graduate from all major

- Understand about flow charts

Design, develop, and manage of company overall IT data integration architecture and infrastructure.

Lead risk management and business continuity plan

Accreditation and certifications such as CCEP, CFE, CIPM, etc. is well regarded

Assist team to manage Risk & Compliance activities and ensure complies with all regulations

Support Risk & Compliance Team to manage administrative tasks

Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations
