Mitra Compliance Support Intern

MyRobin is a platform that provides businesses with on-demand, pre-screened blue-collar workers on a long and short-term basis. MyRobin provides Blue Collar Workers with continuous access to fair employment opportunities, reduces their cost of living by embedded financial services, and upskills them to increase their earning potential.

The chosen one will help MyRobin deal with Mitra data management, validation, and administrative tasks.

Job description:

• Provide data report about SPV KYC
• Guide partners for complete data updates
• Monitor the completeness of data from all worker trackers
• Follow up regarding the completeness of SPX partner tax data from an active role
• Making reports related to daily performance

Requirements:

• Have solid ethics and be able to maintain confidentiality
• An internship or experience in the same field would be a plus point!
• Fluent in English and comfortable in managing internal/external stakeholders.
• Have strong analytical skills, good service orientation, and am a team player
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of candidates, from entry-level workers to experienced workers
• Willing to work remotely for 3 (three) months of the internship program and am ready to join as soon as possible!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
