Job Summary: Compliance Specialist II is a senior-level position responsible for facilitating and overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide compliance programs and processes. They provide subject matter expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Your main duties in flying with us:

• Monitor compliance risks and work with other departments to develop and implement corrective actions
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Lead compliance investigations and audits.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities and actions taken
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and report on compliance program effectiveness.
• Review and approve compliance-related documentation
• Support in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
• Continuously improve compliance processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
• Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
