Paralegal (Compliance Specialist) Jobs

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As Paralegal/Compliance Specialist, you will support our clients in successfully keeping track of their corporate compliance, among others:

• A deep understanding and knowledge of compliance procedures and regulations is expected.
• Ad hoc advisory to the client related to compliance topics;
• Ensuring timely submission of reports to authorities, such as investment, manpower, industrial, import related, company activities report;
• Annual Meeting of Shareholders and overall corporate governance;

Further to this, your responsibilities will comprise

• Legal Research and internal updates on a case-by-case basis together with the rest of the team.
• Maintaining a good communication with government/regulatory agencies with regard to corporate compliance matters;

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years post qualification experience;
• Analytical approach required;
• Hands-on and pro-active; you enjoy both, working independently and in a team.
• Honesty, integrity and long-term commitment are essential.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to keep tight deadlines and manage multiple clients simultaneously;
• Experience in an international environment (law firm, professional services firm) is a must;
• Fluent in English, strong written and verbal communication skills;
• You take initiative and cultivate an active approach to clients’ needs.
