We’re looking for Legal Intern. As a Corporate Legal Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development (BD) efforts by assisting with various legal tasks, including drafting contracts, reviewing documents, and translating materials. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, business development, partnership campaigns, and the legal aspects of contract drafting and review. Requirements:

• Familiarity with corporate and contract law principles is a plus.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn and contribute to the team.
• Proficient in legal research and analysis.
• Previous experience or coursework in business development or corporate law is preferred.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on assigned legal issues.
• Assist in tracking and monitoring legal deadlines to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with the legal team to draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal files, databases, and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and provide legal insights as required.
• Support operational tasks related to business development and partnership campaigns, including conducting market research, identifying potential partners, and assisting with partnership agreements.
