Our client is looking for a Legal Operation

:

• Review documents related to corporate action (Minutes and Circular of RUPST and RUPSLB).
• Provide legal opinion to related users.
• Review power of attorney.
• Manage the agreement between the company and the local government.
• Analyze development and implementation of system in corporate legal.
• Do legal research.
• Deliver practical, thoughtful and commercially-minded results that appropriate balance business growth and legal risk.
• Maintain legal document database.

Requirements:

• Strong in analytical thinking skill.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Have experience handles with business permits and agreements
• Have a comprehend knowledge about Limited Company Law, Business Law and Civil Law.
• Willing to go on a business trip.
• Have an official certificate from PKPA / PERADI more preferable
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Understand legal matters for Private Company and Corporate Action
• Strong knowledge of general M&A/corporate, civil law, business law, agrarian law, investment law, legal compliance, data privacy, compliance management, legal administration and governance are essential.
