Job Description
Requirements


  • Maximum 36 years old
  • Applicants must be willing travel if needed by the company
  • At least 7 years working experience as a Corporate Legal
  • Have knowledge and experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
  • Applicants must be willing to be placed in Menara Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat
  • Have advocate license
  • Have experience in drafting and contract review
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law
  • Have experience in Legal Audit
  • Good English proficiency both oral and written


Responsibilities


  • Conduct monitoring of all activities related to operations at the Processing Plant, Plantation, Warehouse, Head Office/Branch Offices of companies under Samora Group, and ensure that all permits comply with the applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide assistance and legal advice in response to summonses for examination by authorities (BAP), Investigative Audits, Special Audits, and legal claims/lawsuits from external parties.
  • Prepare Legal Opinions and conduct legal research as requested by Management.
  • Prepare, submit, and register Company Licensing Applications at the national level ministries/agencies.
  • Represent the company under the Samora Group in legal matters both in and outside of court, either independently with internal team or with the assistance of Legal Consultants.
  • Perform a Legal Audit related to the company's activities, identify potential legal violations, and provide recommendations concerning the identified findings.
  • Monitor legal aspects of company assets to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft agreements, review drafts, and legally assess the feasibility of transactions related to procurement of goods/services and other transactions with external parties.
