Job description:
. Legal Drafting, Legal Review, Legal Advice and Legal Research
. Experienced in corporate action (merger, acquisition)
. Drafting and Reviewing agreements such as CSPA, SPA, Lease Agreements and Commercial Agreements in Bahasa Indonesia and English
. Having basic of handling Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders (RUPS) Resolutions, BOD and BOC Resolutions
. Experienced in Corporate Law such as Amendments to the Articles of Association and Changes to the Management of the Company
. Experienced in Banking Law such as Facility Credit Agreements, Corporate Guarantees, Collateral Agreement
. Having basic of plantation licensing such as Izin Lokasi, Izin Usaha Perkebunan, Izin Pelepasan Kawasan Hutan
. Filing and maintaining legal documents
Requirement:
. Bachelor's degree in Law
. At least 2-4 years of experience
. Good in English
