Job Description
  • Hold minimumBachelor Degree in Law from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4,00)
  • Having good knowledge on Land Law specifically Construction Law
  • Drafting and Contract Management skill with problem solving abilities
  • Strict to the law, ensure the safety of the company and provide legal advisory.
  • Ability to identify all legal issues and risks related to the contract to be drafted.
  • Familiar with FIDIC
  • Possess good ability to use computer (Microsoft Office or related programs)
  • Has solid experience minimum5 years as legal manager or minimum7 years as legal supervisor, preferably from MICE or building Development Company.
  • Preferably has solid communication skill in English (written and verbal) and/or Mandarin or other foreign languages
