Experienced at least 2 years working experience as in house lawyer and/or law firm

Experienced in retail industries is an advantage

Preparing and organizing the documentation & filing and keeping in safe all legal documents.

8. Additional knowledge and experience of Malaysian or Thailand Law is an advantage.

Knowledge of Annual Report and Sustainability Report preparation.

Proficient in Corporate Secretary and Legal Matters (will be advantage)

Advise on and assist with the management of all legal documentation and issues within the organization

Communicate compliance policies and guidelines to Management and designated departments
