Currently we searching for Legal Manager with detail

Responsibilities

1. Create framework for Legal Division on Fishlog
2. Create and review all Cooperation Contracts in FishLog
3. Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
4. Support structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
5. Support for international agreement
6. Give advice to be the good corporate governance

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in law.
2. Prior experience as a Legal Manager at least 5 years.
3. Familiar with Commercial Contract, Joint Operation, Investment for Series, Legal do diligence and international agreements
4. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
5. have a good analytic skill and familiar with corporate legal framework
6. love a challenge and new experience
7. Willing to hybrid in Bogor.
