Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Providing the agreement and contract:
    • New & Renewal rental
    • Contractor
    • Buying with supplier
    • Technical service contract
    • Seasonal Warehouse
  • Reviewing and evaluating all existing agreement.
  • Prepare all documentation relating to Franchise process up to the signing of the franchise agreement including confidentiality agreement and the franchise agreement.
  • Buying with supplier
  • Reporting to Capital Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM):
    • Report of the capital investment activities (6 months / 1 year)
    • Fixed Business License Application
    • Request application of enhancing the Foreign Investment Business License
  • New & Renewal rental
  • Handle corporate legal matters such as legal drafting, handling legal documentation, provide legal opinion and assist Corporate Legal Department Head to ensure corporate legal function is done properly.
  • Monitoring, submit and follow up all applications related to intellectual property rights, including to prepare the reports on the intellectual property as required by the GSO.
  • Fixed Business License Application
  • Technical service contract
  • Report of the capital investment activities (6 months / 1 year)
  • Request application of enhancing the Foreign Investment Business License
  • Seasonal Warehouse
  • Preparing and organizing the documentation & filing and keeping in safe all legal documents.
  • Contractor


Requirements:

  • Experienced at least 2 years working experience as in house lawyer and/or law firm
  • Attention to detail
  • Bachelor Degree in Law
  • Min. GPA of 3.00
  • Proficient in English both verbal and written
  • Placement: JAKARTA
  • Experienced in retail industries is an advantage
  • Good Analytical thinking
