Experience in law firm will be added point

Having knowledge of all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and corporate governance & compliance

Having knowledge in merger and acquisitions, litigation and investment case

Analytical and problem solving skills

Provide administrative support to lawyer

Locate and develop case relevant information

Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Here are the Responsibilities & Qualifications for this position:

Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.

Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.

Represent the company in legal proceedings.

Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.

. Experienced in corporate action (merger, acquisition)

. Experienced in Banking Law such as Facility Credit Agreements, Corporate Guarantees, Collateral Agreement

. At least 2-4 years of experience

. Legal Drafting, Legal Review, Legal Advice and Legal Research

. Having basic of plantation licensing such as Izin Lokasi, Izin Usaha Perkebunan, Izin Pelepasan Kawasan Hutan

. Filing and maintaining legal documents

Has extensive experience and knowledge in the legal sector, even expanding to PPGR.

More than 7 years of experience.

Have strong lawyering skills and negotiation skills with the stakeholders.

Active, strong communication skills and strong ability to withstand pressure.

Provide general legal support and be involved in the commercial side of the business as required, including advisory to the stakeholders.

Have deep exposure in handling transaction / corporate actions, including but not limited to, fundraising and complex M&A.
