Monomer Sales Operation Officer

Job Purpose

Perform sales & purchase of monomer intermediaries products (ethylene, pygas, c4) and its administration tasks to get delivery and receipt of monomer products timely according to the set schedule.

• Collect payment of product sales and ensure timely payment by the customers.
• Analyze any demurrage claims sent by counter party and ensure its correctness according to the event.
• Collect payment of product sales and ensure timely payment by the customers.
• Coordinate with transportation companies and Finance Department to ensure timely delivery of product to customer and payment by the customer.
• Control and set schedule for delivering related in-bound and out-bound ships to ensure smoothness of in-bound and out-bound process according to the set time frame.
• Coordinate with customers to arrange appropriate schedule for delivering monomer operation product (ethylene, pygas, c4) in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with related parties regarding issuance of L/C according to the prevailing regulations.
• Control all goods delivery and receipt to ensure smoothness of the activities.
• Input sales order and purchase data to computerized system to enhance smoothness of work activities.

Job Requirements:

• Good analytical thinking
• Bachelor Degree from Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any relevant major from reputable universities
• Able to build good communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in similar positions for 2 years, preferably in petrochemical company or manufacturing company. However, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken

This position will be place at Head Office Jakarta
