Sales Operation Administrator Jobs

What You Will Do

• Analyze systems, policies, and practices to continuously improve finance operations
• Ensure all information is accurate, payment terms are agreed upon, and management has approved the transaction
• Heavy Database reconciliation between systems (Billing, CRM, Licensing)
• In charge of the collection process while coordinating directly with customers and Sales Representatives
• Process sales orders and enter all information into a local billing system
• In charge of approving expense reports submitted by employees in accordance with Company policy while analyzing and identifying any unusual items
• In charge of issuing licenses to customers at the end of the purchasing process
• Gather and ensure accuracy of all information related to the process of a Purchase Order
• Coordinate with the Sales Team, legal counsel, and clients to ensure the accuracy of information, payment terms are agreed upon, and management has approved the transaction

What This Role Needs

• Excellent relationship-building and people skills together with ability to work well independently
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
• Superior planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Have basic knowledge on Excel functions
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, follow-up, and time management skills
• Plan, organize work, and manage projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or related area from a reputable university, fresh graduate is welcomed
