Job Description

At CEJN Indonesia, we’re looking for an experienced Inside Sales Engineer to join our team and help us continue our growth in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate the features and benefits of our products to customers. He/she will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals in order to achieve assigned quotas. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities

·High volume outbound cold-calling contacts and companies from a variety of sources

·Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, primarily, outbound cold calls/emails campaigns

·Communicate and liaise with Business Development Manager to shape effective outbound sales activity

·Qualify and Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts and determining organization's decision making/buying process

·Maintain ongoing relationships with non-active prospects in order to cement a relationship for when the need is there

·Sales Administration including entering orders into our database system, updating spreadsheets, putting in PO requests and additional administrative work

·Notify customers of received orders ready for pick-up

·Provide weekly reporting/status on all inbound leads and outbound calling tied to Business Development Manager

·Recognize and report on opportunities in CRM and assists Indonesia team with set up and maintenance of CRM

·Answer incoming calls and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

·Develop knowledge of the company products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

·Manage incoming sales inquiries and generate quotations through Company ERP

·Maintain complete records of all prospects and customer contact, follow-up calls and forecast information into the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)



Qualifications

·Minimum of one year of customer service or inside sales experience required

·Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent is preferred.

·Proactive, able to work independently as well as a team player

·Must be able to completely read, write and speak in English language & MS Office

·Problem solver with strong attention to detail

·Self-driven, good attitude, integrity and resourceful
