Job description:
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customer’s questions and sending additional information by e-mail.
- Up selling products and services.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
Requirement:
- Good organizational skill
- Ability to achieve target
- Good communication in English
- Having experience in selling IT product (Security & Cloud) minimal 2 years
- Having experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales
- Excellent phone and cold calling skill
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferable IT/IS or relevant.
- Customer oriented and have good attitude
- Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written.
