Job Description

Job description:

  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customer’s questions and sending additional information by e-mail.
  • Up selling products and services.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.


Requirement:

  • Good organizational skill
  • Ability to achieve target
  • Good communication in English
  • Having experience in selling IT product (Security & Cloud) minimal 2 years
  • Having experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skill
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferable IT/IS or relevant.
  • Customer oriented and have good attitude
  • Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written.
