Responsibilities :
Legal Role
-Ensure proper control and management of legal documents and company assets and provide legal opinions related to legal and business aspects of the company.
-Representing the company based on a power of attorney to carry out legal actions outside the court such as assistance if any civil and criminal cases and providing reports to company leaders for any developments in the case they are handling.
-Ensure the legality of each commercial transaction, provide input to the company on its legal rights and obligations, including the duties and responsibilities of company employees and coordinate with various relevant agencies in handling labor issues, for example with the Manpower Office, Industrial Relations Court, District Court, etc.
-Assist in the preparation and renewal of KITAS/VISA for expatriates.
-Handle the registration process of Intellectual Property Rights to HAKi using official website.
-Review legal contracts, cooperation agreements and other legal documents related to the company's needs.
-Carry out administrative management related to agreements, permits, assets, contracts, and company legality.
-Control and ensure industrial relations so that they can be established conducively and harmoniously, both internally and externally, so that there are no industrial relations problems.
-Assist in making or updating company regulations and collective labor agreements and ensuring and managing company legality such as deed of change and renewal of licenses for the company's business operations to run smoothly.
-Assisting management for annual RUPS so that is carried out properly.

-Handle Employement Contract
-Input and update WLKP (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan Perusahaan)
-Assist in making HR letters such as Mutation Letters, Reference Letters, Promotion Letters, etc.
Qualifications
·Having experiences in Law & HR Industry minimum 3 years.
·Having knowledges and experiences in using OSS System & WLKP System.
·Able to work independent and work with team as well and be able to multitasking.
·Able to work effectively as part of a team and have a good sense of detail.
·Good verbal and written communation skills and negotitation skills.
·Able to handle stress and stay organized.
. Having PERADI certificate would be advantage.
·Ready to start immediately.
