Who is the Koltiva Product Operation Officer?

Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our SHOP system and inventory management system by developing SHOP product SOP, handling complaints, maintaining SHOP system, supporting data regarding SHOP System, also provide reports needed regarding the SHOP product.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Corporate Committees, e.g., ESG reporting, health & safety, risk management, etc.
• Arrange the product on the shelf and ensure warehouse sanitation and cleaning.
• Develop Shop product SOP.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Procurement regarding Product Sample Delivery & Return.
• Supervise the Product Packing (from Grinding, Packing, Putting labels, and QR Traceability) and print Order labels.
• Coordinate the process of Inventory Order Creation and Restocking with Procurement.
• Coordinate with Marketing Regarding Photoshoots and banner setup.
• Maintain the SHOP system, including the process of Inbound Order, Update Product Information, Update Shop information (such as holiday, open time, closing time, etc.), and Update Order Status on the Admin Dashboard.
• Handling Complaints / Issue escalation regarding SHOP System.
• Provide a report needed regarding the SHOP product (warehouse inventory report, sales, and seller disbursement report).
• Support data regarding SHOP System (Data Transaction for Outbound or any data needed).
• Handle the process of Shop Training for Internal and External Parties, including the Training Material.
• Handling the Order to be picked up by the Customer or delivery by third parties logistics (handover to the courier / drop off to the nearest third parties logistics branch).
• Coordinate with Business Development regarding Vendor's contract renewal.
• Manage the process of Stock Opname.
• Handle Seller Onboarding (Account Creation, Training, Product Upload).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce product operations, preferably in an online retail environment.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in handling products as a product owner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces and platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and monitor product performance.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in any major.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
