Junior Software Product Manager
Location : Jakarta (Indonesia)
Industry : Digital Wealth Advisor Platform
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in delivering agile projects (planning, execution, and team management) in the context of Software Engineering.
- An analytical and metric-driven work style.
- Prior experience at a startup or fintech company is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and a deep understanding of end-to-end processes.
- A strong customer focus, with the ability to interpret and analyze customer requirements.
- Excellent presentation, communication skills, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
- Proficiency in software product management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in prioritizing and sequencing product releases & user stories.
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases & elements, and delivering required artifacts such as functional requirements, business requirements document, and use cases.
- Write specifications by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, and studying & reviewing system capabilities.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the team/squad, including creating, prioritizing & managing the backlogs of activities.
- Monitor project implementation and escalate any issues to the product team.
