👑 Job Role

  • Maintenance multiple external systems to ensure applications are meeting service delivery expectations and business objectives
  • Identify and communicate potential risks and issues that would have substantial impact on the project
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the infrastructure to ensure system stability and performance
  • Ensures all assigned incidents and service requests are resolved within defined service level
  • Research industry best practice solutions and provide cost-effective solution designs that best fit the needs of end users


⛩️ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Service, Digital Ocean, Cloudflare, Docker, Linux, Terraform, Bash Scripting
  • At least 2-3 years experience with web and application server technologies
  • Experience in testing software applications
