As we are at the forefront of E-Commerce innovation, we are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist who passionate in managing campaign, content, and community operation.

The Product Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in our organization's Community and Marketing part and is responsible for increase/maintain community active rate. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers to achieve the project goals especially in managing the Community.

This role is an individual contributor position and reports directly to the Tech Lead based in our Jakarta office.

Responsibilities :

1. Design and execute various campaign in the Googoolink community to increase/maintain community active rate, conversion rate, and order numbers;
2. Analyze community operation data and provide suggestions for APP upgrade optimization, Creator conversion, and product recommendation;
3. Design operation journey map and manage promotion traffic;
4. Define and maintain loyal users while improve the quality of the community;
5. Collaborate with the team to enhance community value.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
2. Have Min 1 year experience in Marketing and Community Operation or related role;
3. Fluent in English is a must, Trilingual speaker is a plus (Indonesia - English - Mandarin)
4. Have good communication skills and teamwork skills;
5. Have a good understanding of TikTok;
