Monitor comments and feedback of Moxa app on Google Play

Process monitoring and support daily data operations

Follow up complaiin via WhatsApp within SLA

Request analyze priority & severity of each ticket

Follow through till the closure of the ticket

Ensuring a precise and detailed recap of the partner’s fee and coordinate with the finance team

Experience in counseling is a plus

Analytical skill and problem-solving skills

Initiate coordination and contracts with partner/biro/groups of partners to facilitate the session

Initiate improvement to the flow of B2B counseling to simplify and speed up processes in B2B

Initiate ways to increase partner’s performance

Knowledgeable in actuarial, life insurance operations and IT terminology is a plus

Demonstrate good understanding of life insurance product and business process.
