Product And Operation Officer (Study Abroad Division)

Responsibilities

1. Getting a deeper understanding of the target market to help make informed and strategic decisions for the Study Abroad Division.
2. Staying updated with everything related to studying abroad, such as requirements for various scholarships, especially popular scholarships like LPDP, GKS, Chevening, AAS, NZAS, and Stipendium Hungaricum (mainly for S1 & S2).
3. Developing a clear product strategy for the consultancy services, including defining target markets, identifying unique selling points (USP), and positioning the services to attract prospective students.
4. Collaborate with other teams to develop new product/services.
5. Develop a quality control process of all products/services in Study Abroad division.
6. Making sure that all recruited mentors can provide services in accordance with the promised USP.
7. Conducting training needs analysis to ensure that all mentors can help their mentees to the fullest and are always equipped with the most recent knowledge about study abroad and scholarships.
8. Collaborating with Mentor Kobi Team (and looking for people outside of the team, if necessary) to prepare things which can help the products/services offered be more attractive and can help clients reach their desired goal.
9. Evaluating Mentor Kobi Team performance with the help of QC and scheduling training session(s) if necessary.
10. Ensure the operational activities of Study Abroad division well executed and on time (with the help of an operational intern and helping to solve urgent problems which need to be taken care of).

Requirements

1. Graduated from a university abroad (Master’s or PhD)
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
3. Strong interest in helping more Indonesian youths to study abroad
4. Proficiency in English, equivalent to C1 in the CEFR
5. Knowledge about study abroad, scholarship opportunities, and difference of education system in different countries
6. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with mentors, clients, and partners from diverse backgrounds
7. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess market trends, identify target markets, and define product strategies
8. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to drive product development and business growth.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
10. Proven ability to oversee operations and solve urgent problems effectively.
