Hello everyone,Equinox Technologyis currently looking for Customer Operation Intern who has interest in Customer Service & Operations! (PAID INTERNSHIP)

Equinox Technology is a global brand startup in electronics, furniture, home & goods, and news media founded in 2018 in San Francisco with operations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. We have 3 business units, and 5 trademarked brands & currently managing 7 websites and growing.

We are hiring a Customer Operation Intern to join a collaborative and innovative team in PT. Equinox Teknologi Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

- Works in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

- Assist the CRM & Sales Team with daily activities and execution of the tasks.

- Support the CRM & Sales Team with administrative tasks and research needs.

- Help with inovative projects monthly/weekly.

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University with GPA above 3.0/4.0

- Available for full time internship of minimum 3 months.

- Available to work on Mon-Fri (9.30-18.30) Work from Office (WFO) in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK),

- Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. (Google Sheet is a must)

- Fluent in English (Both Written and Oral)

- Excellent communication skill is a must

- Punctual, self-starter, persuasive, able to work under pressure

- Acknowledge Analytics (Google, etc)

- Willing to join as soon as possible.
