Are you passionate about delivering high-quality content to captivate and engage audiences? Are you skilled in coordinating and managing the seamless flow of content across various platforms? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Content Operations Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Planning, configure, maintain, monitoring and managing all contents in OPPO internet services.

2. Collecting and processing platform traffic data, analyzing trends, and ultimately recommending insights/solutions.

3. Maintain daily operation and make sure product run smoothly.

4. Research and analyze various trends on the market, include user's behavior and provide insights to the internal team.

5. Provide operational support for in-app events, including dissemination of functionalities through documentation.

6. Report and monitor any problem encountered inside the internet platforms.

7. Assist in the mobile application and game testing, ensuring a bug-free experience for users.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years minimum working experience in internet industry.

2. Preferable have experience working in Content Operations, Product Management, Product Operations, or equivalent role).

3. Proficient in English Language, both verbal and written (Chinese is a plus).

4. Passionate in internet and gaming industry (understanding gaming market is a plus).

5. Possess a strong logical and critical thinking ability.

6. Demonstrated exceptional competency in analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and draw insights, perform insightful analysis, and communicate the findings of data analysis to team and/or related stakeholders.

7. Able to work in team and/or independently.

8. Be creative, detailed-oriented, fast learner, and highly-motivated with excellent personal attitude.

9.Willing to work from office in Sudirman, Jakarta area.
