About the team:
The Content Operations intern role involves managing the day-to-day operations of music content for TikTok Music. The main tasks are organizing content libraries, creating high-quality content, and optimizing content strategy through moderation and tagging. The intern is responsible for ensuring that all content is easily accessible and well-organized, so that it can be effectively utilized by other members of the team or by customers. Additionally, the intern is responsible for producing high-quality content that meets the company's standards and aligns with their overall content strategy, support optimizing inapp search through evaluation and and collaborating with other members of the team to ensure that content is consistent and aligned with the goal.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to the following internship cycles below: -
- Off-cycle Internship - Starting Sep/Oct 2023.
We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit in either internship period. Please state your availability clearly in the Intern Application Form you are going to receive if you are shortlisted (Start date, End date).
Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
Responsibilities
- In charge of music content operations, including organizing libraries, creating high quality content, and optimizing content strategy by doing daily moderation tagging
- Support optimizing in-app search strategy by doing search keywords evaluation
- Support tracking and control of operation activity programs, update project status and make reports.
- Deliver suggestions on product features improvement, operation directions and content creation based on data and market study.
Qualifications
Applications:
- This is a full-time internship position. Only candidates who can commit fulltime (5 days a week) will be shortlisted. Internship is only open to candidates with student status.
- The minimum internship duration is 3 months. Extension of duration might be possible near the end of internship. Priority might be given to students who can commit for longer.
- Priority will be given to candidates who can start in September.
- The internship is based in Jakarta. It is a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office per week.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive an Internship Questionnaire via email. Please fill in the relevant information with time commitment and availability as accurate as possible.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in any discipline;
- Music, podcast and livestream enthusiast. Knowledge of the industry is a plus point.
- Passionate about entertainment and music apps.
- Able to do monotonous and static tasks.
- Quick learning and critical thinking.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English to work with regional and local teams.
- Have design and photoshop skills are plus points.
- Willing to work on workday schedules.
