Content Programming & Promotion Intern

Responsibilities

• Support content curation and organization efforts by assisting with content categories, playlists, and recommendations.
• Assist in developing and implementing content programming strategies to ensure a diverse and engaging range of Korean entertainment content on our superapp platform.
• Collaborate with content creators, partners, and internal teams to support the acquisition, licensing, and production of high-quality Korean entertainment content.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and user feedback to contribute ideas for refining and enhancing content programming and promotion strategies.
• Work closely with the product operations team to ensure seamless integration of Korean entertainment content with social media, food delivery, and commerce features.
• Assist in optimizing content distribution and placement within the app to drive user engagement and maximize content visibility.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional campaigns to increase user acquisition, retention, and user activity on the platform.
• Assist in analyzing content and campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and operations, to support the execution of content programming and promotional initiatives.

• Passion for Korean entertainment and a strong interest in content programming, curation, and promotion.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa, enabling effective collaboration and content creation.
• Enthusiasm for social media, food delivery, and commerce services and their integration with Korean entertainment.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and tools related to content programming, promotion, and analytics is a plus.
• Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated with a degree in a relevant field (Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline).
• Prior internship experience in content operations is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to assist in managing multiple initiatives and tasks.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in leveraging data and metrics for content programming and promotional decision-making.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
