AIA is hiring Senior HR Rewards to responsibility accountable for planning, implementing and reviewing a compelling reward and recognition programs so that AIA can attract and retain the best talents into the business and maintain a high level of employee engagement.


Roles & Responsibilities :

1.Compensation

  • To implement programs in complex areas such as pensions, variable pay, share schemes and international workforces.
  • To do review, research, analysis, design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
  • To benchmark salaries and determine pay based on external market factors such as scarce skills.
  • To execute relevant risk management programs.


2.Benefits, working conditions, recognition

  • To do review, research, analysis, design, implementation, and administration of benefits, working conditions, recognition programs.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory landscapes.
  • To align benefits, working conditions, recognition to create a total reward offering which is risk assured.
  • To build relationship with providers.


3.Budgeting: To plan annual budgets for staff cost and HRPCS.


4.General

  • To use a total a total reward approach, combining a range of different pay and benefits offerings into a flexible framework which meets the diverse needs of its employees.
  • To perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
  • To ensure total rewards approaches are in line with relevant legislation, as well as the links to organisation and individual performance.
  • To be a champion of consistency and compliance of HR policies and processes.
  • To produce reward reports, including narrative and alignment to organisation strategy.
  • To implement strategies that ensure workers are rewarded in line with the organisational context and culture, relative to the internal equity and external market environment.
  • To act as the independent arbitrator in those instances where there are 'grey areas or new policy decisions to be made.
  • To provide reward related advice to HR and line managers whenever it is sought.


Requirement :

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
  • Highly numerical and analytical in approach, attention to details and not afraid of operational type of work, comfort with change, demonstrated result oriented, able to balance competing priorities.
  • 10+ year experience as a Reward / Compensation & Benefits Specialist, Insurance/Financial Industry preferred.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of all core HR processes including ER, HR operations, recruitment, L&E, bonus structures, salary review processes and job grading.
  • Leadership or project management skills will also be essential, while timekeeping and planning will be vital if tight deadlines are involved.
