Work, Rewards And Career Consultant

As a Consultant within our Reward line of business, you will be a part of our growing team and work with Senior Consultants and Directors to help our clients achieve their ambition. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative and practical solutions across the range of total reward areas including reward strategy, design, job architecture and levelling plus compensation benchmarking. You will the opportunity to expand your knowledge to include projects related to organisation diagnostics, analytics and design and workforce planning.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong business acumen along with confidence to interact with key client contacts, work in teams, and build a trusted advisor status. You will focus on helping clients through understanding issues and shaping solutions, bringing new perspectives to their problems and accessing the power of our global network of thought leaders. 

• Provide practical insights on how best to reward and manage the workforce of today and plan for the workforce of tomorrow 
• Manage small to medium projects and client expectations, and raise appropriate issues to Senior Consultants/Directors 
• Contribute to new business development by developing proposals and statements of work, project plans and budgets 
• Work with Senior Consultants/Directors to develop and implement solutions including total reward strategy, reward design, job architecture and levelling, compensation benchmarking.
• Lead industry compensation surveys. 
• Partner with analyst level team members to review work, provide guidance and insight
