• Manage and update the talent management dashboard and database to ensure data quality and relevance.
• Coordinate talent management activities with relevant teams, functions, and stakeholders for seamless processes.
• Create and implement assessment processes for candidates proposed for promotion to enhance effectiveness.
• Provide necessary data for talent management reports.
• Handle all administrative requirements for talent management operations to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare and manage end-to-end processes for promotional activities at Erha Clinic to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain positive relationships and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve operational excellence.

Does it match your criteria?

• Have ability in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Database Management, and Assessment Tools.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Management
• Final year in Psychology
• 0 - 1 years experience in Talent Management
