• Lead and conduct user research with the goal of growing user retention (eg. initiatives to convert occasional leisure riders to frequent commuters)
• Figure out methods of deepening Beam's relationship with city partners to run initiatives / campaigns to drive user adoption and retention
• Understand the dynamic in different cities - user types, use cases, potential opportunities

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of experience covering account management
• Industry experience is not necessary, but a willingness to learn is critical
• Some experience with Excel & SQL will be advantageous
• Experience with planning, developing and executing campaigns
