Job Description

Description of Duties:

  • Prepare reports of asset and routine expenses for meeting purposes
  • Manage the entire office administration
  • Handling company events if required
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director
  • Maintain company assets and keep within period of time
  • Responsible to provide administrative & office support activities to facilitate smooth operation of the company
  • Responsible for every operational activity within a company
  • Provide other miscellaneous administrative support
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for the company staff


Requirements:

  • Willing to travel, when required.
  • Good presentation, written and communication skills.
  • Able to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of individuals inside and outside of the organization.
  • Able to anticipate issues and identify resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Adherence to deadline.
  • Proficient in MS Office includes Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to details.
  • Minimum Diploma in business administration or relevant
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and researching skills.
  • FLUENT in English is a MUST, Mandarin is a PLUS
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
