Job Description
|


  • Collectively contribute creative ideas with research and target market’s conditions.
  • Ensure all messages are consistent and reflect the company branding and values.
  • Write effective creative communications brief & meeting notes to ensure all related parties are aligned on the project objective, status & updates.
  • Administration & clerical support related to legal document & purchase request preparation.
  • Project management to ensure all related divisions are able to execute their deliverables on time based on the project timeline.
  • Cultivate strong personal relationships and partnerships throughout the stakeholders.
  • Responsible for maintaining & executing external communications strategy meant to build stronger reputation for Shopee; including but not limited to government projects, UMKM support, user safety, and market leadership projects.
  • Concepting & maintaining external communications material for in-app & social media channels


Requirements


  • Have a high sense of ownership and responsibility
  • High proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Result-driven attitude with good critical thinking skills
  • 2 - 3 years of work experience
  • Bachelor degree from any majors
  • Detail-oriented person
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
  • Experience with tight deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
