Job Description

We represent our client that one of the leading players in the baby products and accessories retail industry. With a strong presence in the market, they have gained a reputation for providing high-quality and innovative products that cater to the diverse needs of parents and caregivers.


s:

  • Plan and execute community-driven initiatives, such as contests, giveaways, and virtual events, to foster a sense of belonging and loyalty.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant KOLs, influencers, and micro-influencers in the parenting and baby products space.
  • Engage with customers and community members, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that aligns with brand values and resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of influencer and community initiatives.
  • Develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Nurture and grow an active and engaged online community of brand advocates through social media platforms and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a KOL/Influencer Specialist, Community Manager, or similar role, preferably in the baby products or parenting industry.
  3. Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and community management strategies.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with influencers and community members effectively.
  5. Demonstrated experience in identifying and cultivating relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships, and managing influencer campaigns.
  6. Familiarity with social media monitoring and analytics tools to track and evaluate campaign performance.
  7. Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas for influencer collaborations and community initiatives.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  9. Passion for the baby products industry and a genuine interest in engaging with parents and caregivers.
  10. Proficient in using social media management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
