Kol Management Spv

Responsibilities :

• Track, care, evaluate, and make reports of the performance of KOLs
• Involve in the creation of influencer campaign in acquiring & maintaining KOL/influencers.
• Maintain, Manage & schedule all Influencer/Talents coordinating across internal teams
• Improve program quality and ensure KOLs hit their targets in each activity.
• Maintain communication and relationship with each account to execute the campaign.
• Provide accurate timing estimates on work.
• Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
• Search for potential KOLs by the program's criteria on different platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
• Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.

Requirements and skills :

• Attention to detail
• Have a good networking with KOL/Infulencers/Buzzer/Communities.
• Have at least 4 year of relevant work experience managing KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities.
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and display robust time management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and administration skills
• Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing.
• Have an experience and a great understanding about managing KOL/Talent/Artist/Community
