KOL Management Executive

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain, manage, and schedule all influencer/talent activities.
• Enhance program quality and ensure KOLs meet their targets in each activity.
• Track, evaluate, and report on the performance of KOLs.
• Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOLs, and third-party agencies for collaborative campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain communication and relationships with each account to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Provide accurate timing estimates for work.
• Contribute to the development of influencer campaigns, involving the acquisition and maintenance of KOLs and influencers.
• Negotiate costs appropriately to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
• Search for potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) based on program criteria across different platforms to create impactful brand experiences.

Requirements and skills:

• Experience and strong understanding of managing KOLs, talents, artists, and communities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Knowledgeable about current trends in social media and digital marketing.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in an on-site office setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in managing KOLs, influencers, buzzers, or communities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and administrative skills.
• Well-established network with KOLs, influencers, buzzers, or communities.
