Overview
We're seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Manager to nurture and grow our online community. This role is pivotal in shaping the voice of Untukmu.ai, fostering user engagement, and building a vibrant online ecosystem around our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement:
- Respond to comments, queries, and concerns in a timely and authentic manner.
- Foster and moderate conversations across our community platforms: Telegram channel.
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and maintain a content calendar tailored to our community's interests.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align community content with broader campaigns.
Events & Activities:
- Organise, promote, and host online events, challenges, and webinars to boost engagement and foster a sense of community.
Feedback Collection:
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure user feedback is actioned upon.
- Regularly solicit feedback from the community to inform product improvements and new feature developments.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on community engagement metrics.
- Use insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive brand message and user experience.
Role Description
The Senior Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with the company's community across various platforms. This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Community Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing community strategies, analyzing community feedback, building relationships, and ensuring a positive user experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of gifting and e-commerce industries
- Experience in data analysis and relevant tools
- Ability to create engaging content and develop effective community strategies
- Experience with AI technology and machine learning is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in community management, social media management, or related role
